what is your shipping policy?
Due to the laws and regulations surrounding the shipment of alcohol across state lines, we must leverage local third-party carriers who can deliver shipments directly to you. Shipping typically takes 2-10 business days and the timing depends on the distance of the final destination from California.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
PLEASE NOTE: Someone over the age of 21 will have to be available to sign for your order. If needed, please contact the local carrier directly to schedule a specific time for delivery.

what is your return policy?
All sales are final and products cannot be returned to us. Shipping carriers will attempt 3 times to deliver the product with an adult signature. We DO NOT offer refunds if your alcohol order is returned to us after the 3 attempts. We feel that 3 attempted deliveries are an ample opportunity to take delivery. We are charged $20 for all returned packages that are not delivered after 3 attempts, and another $20 if we want to attempt delivery again, so we can not offer a refund unless you are willing to pay the extra $40 worth of charges. We will offer refunds or replacements for any products that are damaged during shipping or below satisfaction.
Please inspect the order’s contents immediately upon delivery. If an item either arrives damaged or was damaged in transit, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. A replacement will be ordered (if product is available), or a full refund on any damaged items.
If a product arrives damaged upon delivery, a picture will be requested for processing.

what states can you not ship to?
Currently, we are unable to ship spirits to the following states: AK, AR, GA, HI, KS, KY, ME, MI, MA, MN, MO, MT, NE, NC, ND, SC, SD, TN, UT, VA, VT, WV, and WY. Due to rules and regulations, we are limited to certain states and zip codes within those states at this time.
when will my order ship?
Once an order has been placed, the customer will get an order confirmation email. We estimate that your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding during the holiday seasons, presale/pre-orders, out-of-stock items, etc.) for fulfillment and 2-10 business days for shipping depending on how far the order is traveling from our Southern California facilities.

how do I track my order?
A tracking email will be provided once the order has shipped. Once an order has been received by the local carrier to their local delivery depot, the tracking information provided will update.
